The Process
In response to an enquiry an engineer will be instructed to meet with you to review your personal requirements. At this meeting the engineer will offer guidance on the options available to you with respect to materials, systems, designs and particular details pertinent to your home and in support of your own objectives.
Once having created the product design and technical specification the engineer will produce a tender document which, along with the design details, will be forwarded to our approved companies for their most competitive quotations. Each company will then independently, being the tender system is a closed process, provide their most competitive costing.
On receipt of the quotations the engineer will review the findings with you and provide a recommendation as to which company offers the best deal. This may not be the lowest quote but will reflect the best value for money given the systems qualities and the project as a whole.
Following your agreement the engineer will contact the successful company and arrange a site survey by them. At this meeting the manufacturer will raise contracts for ratification and our engineer will review these also. From then on the project is the responsibility of the appointed company with our engineer monitoring the works to ensure that the construction/installation is in accordance with the agreed plan.
The service is FREE of any cost to you and is without obligation
