All works undertaken by our recommended companies are guaranteed for the period stated in the initial contract by the installer. These works are also underwritten by an insurance backed guarantee supplied by the installer on final completion and payment of the works.
The insurance back guarantee comes into force in the unlikely event that you require any service calls and the installing company ceases to trade, therefore this is safeguarding your investment further and giving you peace of mind.
Deposit Indemnities
On signing of the contract with the recommended installer, and paying any necessary deposit the majority of insurance guarantees come with a deposit indemnity scheme. This protects your initial payment should the installer cease to trade prior to any works being undertaken. This is another safety measure which is set up to insure your monies should this matter arise.
